  * Speak with the client
  * Obtain information about the client's circumstances
  * Assess the work that will go into accomplishing what the client needs
  * Assess whether the company is capable of delivering what the client needs
  * Offer the client a fee schedule in regard to the needs and wants
  * Get soft acceptance of fee schedule and deliverables
  * Insert the details of the arrangement into a Client Engagement Letter
  * Send the Engagement letter to the client for signing
  * Store the signed document and begin mobilizing to deliver services
