  • Assess whether the company is capable of delivering what the client needs
  • Offer the client a fee schedule in regard to the needs and wants
  • Get soft acceptance of fee schedule and deliverables
  • Insert the details of the arrangement into a Client Engagement Letter
  • Send the Engagement letter to the client for signing
  • Store the signed document and begin mobilizing to deliver services
