Client Engagement and Retention
- Speak with the client
- Obtain information about the client's circumstances
- Assess the work that will go into accomplishing what the client needs
- Assess whether the company is capable of delivering what the client needs
- Offer the client a fee schedule in regard to the needs and wants
- Get soft acceptance of fee schedule and deliverables
- Insert the details of the arrangement into a Client Engagement Letter
- Send the Engagement letter to the client for signing
- Store the signed document and begin mobilizing to deliver services
